Description
In a "Nyx phase", I looked up art on the mythological Goddess of Night one day. I have my own "version" of Nyx and decided to do my own "interpretations" of some of the works I saw. Keeping the poses in mind, I drew her in my style and design.
The influence for this piece was a picture taken from the Paris Psalter. One of the 14 full page miniatures was of the Prophet Isaiah and "Nyx". In this, Nyx was done in Hellenistic customs.
Done in pen and markers, I think it turned out well enough. It was completed in 2007.
